Get set for a true taste of Scotland as the HIGHLANDER arrives Singapore, 2006 - Singapore finally gets to enjoy all things Scottish with the opening of the HIGHLANDER bar and restaurant as it joins the rank of new entertainment outlets currently transforming the face of Singapore's historic riverside at Clarke Quay.
